Established in July 2011, Troop 119’s mission is to inspire and develop a high spirited Scout by providing each boy the opportunity to:
 
·   Experience and learn life and recreational skills
·   Become confident and capable in a group setting
 
·   Experience leadership and develop teamwork skills
·   Become proud, yet humble in doing service work
·   Experience responsibility for themselves and others
·   Become a valuable member of society
 
Troop 119 believes that demonstrating Scout Spirit (living by the Scout Oath and Law) is an essential element for the personal and interpersonal growth of each scout.
